Christmas light installation — our priority this season
One simple seasonal service — custom design, commercial-grade lighting, installation, in-season service, takedown, and storage.
Custom Installation
We design your display around your home, custom-fit commercial-grade C9 LEDs available in warm white and multicolor, and professionally install everything for the season.
Takedown & Storage
After the season, we remove the display, inspect our lighting, and store everything for the following season.
In-Season Service
If an issue occurs with K&R-provided lighting during the season, we'll return to get your display looking right again.
Also available year-round

Two Seal Beach locals, doing right by our neighbors
We're Keegan Abing and Ryder Buonassissi — we grew up right here in Seal Beach, and we're currently in college while running K&R on the side.
We started K&R because we wanted to build something real in the town we love, not just pick up odd jobs. Every roof we work on, every gutter, every trash can — it's in our own community, often streets we grew up riding bikes on.
We show up, we do the job right, and we treat your property the way we'd want ours treated. That's the whole pitch, really — local guys trying to build something honest close to home.
What homeowners say
"They clean the trash cans so clean I would eat off it."
